Which services are part of the Close Out phase?

The close out phase is an essential component of any project, and involves several key capabilities to ensure a smooth and successful completion. This phase typically consists of four parts: claims and dispute management, contract close out, defect close out, and project handover. In this phase, our team works diligently to manage all outstanding issues and ensure that all contractual obligations have been fulfilled, defects have been addressed, and the project is ready for handover to the client.

Claims and Dispute Management

Our dispute resolution specialists are excellent communicators who effectively manage, negotiate and mediate resolutions for any dispute that may arise regarding cost overruns, delays, material quality or design outcomes. In addition to general claim preparation, negotiation and management, we are well versed in managing SOPA claims, delay and disruption claims and adjudication applications.
