Introducing MBB's new Senior Project Engineer, Shane Voyer
We are excited to announce Shane Voyer has joined the team here at MBB.
Shane is an experienced construction and engineering professional with significant exposure to planning, procurement and delivery for major road and rail projects across Australia.
He is high performing project leader with an extensive track record of complex projects from inception to handover, and leading teams of site engineers and responsible for the delivering bulk earthworks, drainage, pavements, utilities, occupation planning and Traffic Guidance Scheme implementation in both Greenfields and Brownfield environments.
Over the past 10 years Shane’s excellent knowledge along with his strong management, communication skills allow him to continually lead teams of Site Engineers and deliver challenging scopes in a stakeholder rich and difficult environments.

Your outside interests & hobbies?
Cooking and eating way too much food with friends and family, playing music when I can find the time.
Sport & sporting events you love, or train for?
Usually try to train 4 to 5 times per week, but not for any event in particular. Mostly so I can eat more food guilt free!
What inspired you to become an Engineer?
Did a bridge building competition at Scienceworks back in high school, and now here I am.
What do you love about the industry & the work you do?
Every day, project and challenge are different. It keeps things interesting.
