Introducing Project Manager Brodie Fraser
Brodie is a seasoned Project Manager with tertiary qualifications in Building and Construction Management and over 8 years of experience working on residential, commercial, refurbishment, and fit-out projects. Her strong work ethic and friendly demeanour enable her to deliver the best project outcomes in terms of time, cost, and stakeholder satisfaction, and she ensures that all parties are on the same page to achieve successful results.
She is a high-performer with a keen eye for detail and comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the project lifecycle.
Brodie joined MBB in 2020 and is responsible for a large portion of building rectification work for Cladding Safety Victoria. Brodie is acting as the Independent Project Manager, and she is utilising her project management and Superintendent skills to deliver exceptional results for the program.
Brodie is a stakeholder specialist with a long career in stakeholder-sensitive environments. The value of well-executed stakeholder engagement is clear to her, as is Brodie’s natural ability to communicate at all levels. Brodie has organised and chaired regular contractor meetings, managed multiple project design and RFI processes, budget reviews, program status reporting, risk and opportunity identification, and stakeholder engagement.
